Q. Do you buy your completed shoes already made from a supplier?

A. No. We do purchase the best quality leather shoes that are available. But we handcraft every single pair to a finished product depending on our product designs or custom orders.

Q. Can I order a custom handcrafted pair of shoes?

A. Yes. Please use the contact form on the “Contact” page and we will discuss what you have in mind.

Q. What payment options do you offer?

A. We accept payments via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal.

Q. How do you ship your shoes?

A. We ship via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation.

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

A. Please contact us and we will try to work out the details with you.

Q. Can I work with Sweet Tip Toes and put your beautiful products in my boutique or online business?

A. Yes. We do work with only quality businesses that we decide will present the Sweet Tip Toes brand name products in a professional and reputable manor. Please use the “Contact” page and we will work together with your business on a working business relationship.

Q. Why are your baby shoes and products all over Facebook, Pinterest, and all the other social networks?

A. Great question! We do not force anyone to “Pin” our quality handcrafted products, or to talk about them on Facebook or other social sites. We are very happy to have all of our valued customers and site visitors think so much of our custom items to as to send them out virally all over the Internet.
